DETAILS:
-My
one goal was to fashion a tiny bar in some part of the apartment. This
little section near the stairs was too awkward for anything else.
-My
'DRINK' letters was one of the many crafts we took on. Bought some
plain wooded letters from Michael's, spray painted them charcoal gray
and then finished them with a shimmery gold spray paint.
-Ombre candy. Big fan, big fan.
-$1 popcorn buckets and a free neon green vase (which is now home to an orange daisy)
-fancy and colorful liquor bottles...none of which I'll ever drink, most likely.
DINING ROOM
-I purchased these wall stickers from Lushlife Studio on
Etsy. She was more than helpful in letting me customize the size I
wanted and they were scarily simple to add to the wall. (Getting them
off may be a whole other complainy blog somewhere in the future).
-
One Day in World Market we went pillow-wild and bought everything with a
bright, colorful and fun pattern. Complete with mismatched chairs and
Ikea benches...walah, nook!
KITCHEN
DETAILS:
-We
bought these little magnetic containers originally for the bathroom to
hold toiletries. We couldn't affix the magnets without tearing major
holes in the wall, so we re-purposed and used them to hold colorful teas
instead.
-The brown/white pictures were found while cleaning out my aunt's apartment
-apple cider tree ontop of the fridge. Apple cider, guys!
