I know it's a sin to be gluttonous, but I BELIEVE a religious higher power wanted us to take this weekend off so we could have something to repent for later. Pretty sure one of the testaments has this in fine print somewhere re: superbowl sunday -- "On this 7th day, do not rest. Honor thy quarterback. The lord will allow the honoring of a false idol today (and today alone). Let your diet consist of beer and cheese dip. Covet as many Doritos as thou sees fit. Thou shall purchase a vegetable platter for health purposes, but the almighty will place a tub of ranch dressing in the middle. Can't get too many vitamins today. Still don't murder. Stickin' to my guns on this one brethren."
